Chris Auker-Howlett about his journey from veteran to civilian. After being medically discharged from the army, Chris was about to begin the biggest battle of his life.
GCN may be able to offer courses, for a minimum suggested donation, to businesses within this area, the proceeds of which will help us to provide free (or for a lower suggested donation) for people and community organisations within the Tewkesbuy Borough Council area.
GCN may also be able to offer courses, for a minimum suggested donation, to businesses and community groups outside of these areas, with all funds generated being ploughed back into our First Aid for Mental Health community project (FA4MH).

First Aid 4 Mental Health was delivered to the following Community Organisations in early 2020:
Qualified Mental Health First Aiders and Champions. It is good practice for Mental Health First Aiders and Champions to refresh their skills, the same way physical First Aiders do.
GCN also offers tailor-made Mental Health Awareness Courses for Schools, Youth Groups, Adults and Individuals with and without Physical and Learning disabilities.
Our Trainer has experience of both ‘Designing’ and ‘Teaching’ First Aid courses with High School Pupils via Alternative Curriculums and Youth Offending Teams that include:
