Project Procedures
Procedure for Managing Expectations, Assessment, Action Plans and Reviewing
As a small, 'not for profit community organisation', Gloucester Community Networking (GCN) is made up solely of volunteers and currently relies on donations of time, money, resouces and networking to other organisations who might be able to help.
The following lays out the process that GCN will follow to manage expectation, assessment, setting action plans and reviewing achievements.
- You can submit your 'Requests for Support' via our Contact Page »
- GCN will carry out an initial assessment of need from the information given and, as Volunteers, we aim to respond to you within 48hrs wherever possible
- General Assessment of the Level of Networking needed will take place and such assessment will decide which Levels of Networking Support can take place
